Grades 10 – 12
The Comets Performance Program is designed for athletes in Grades 10 – 12 who are looking to improve their running performance and fitness through structured training, quality coaching, and a more difficult training schedule. Athletes will develop speed, endurance, technique, and race preparation skills while training in a positive and encouraging team environment.
Athletes of all experience levels are welcome. Whether an athlete is new to running or preparing for competition, coaching is adapted to their current ability, experience, and personal goals.
